When a team like Kansas loses their top running back and has a mediocre quarterback they have to rebuild. When it happens to a team like Texas, they reload. I personally wouldn't ever put them outside the top 15 in any preseason poll (for however much that is worth).I have a problem with texas getting a top 10 ranking. They should be around 16-20. They lost their top running back J. Charles and as long as Colt McCoy is at QB they won't be a top 10 team.
I think KU should be 11, but I'll take 13. :woo
