Blackshirt Black Out Bad Idea

The idea is gay.

It always has been gay and always will be.

It is almost as bad as all the blackshirt threads from people that have no concept of earning something as a team.

if anything they should make a bunch of RED shirts to give people entering the game, and anyone that isn't with the opposing team should have to wear red to get in the gates. I know its predominantly red anyway, but would be cool to see the stadium 100% red.

 
Blackouts will NEVER work unless they do like the Whiteout at Penn State and hand out FREE shirts when you walk through the gate.

I don't even own a Black Husker shirt.

 
This may sound lame...

but what if UNL passed out black "power towels" to whirl around when the defense is on the field. I think it would have a much better effect than having everyone wear black. Yet, still be able to support our defense in a different fashion.

Mine's pretty ratty looking at this point, but it is from '95 team so I break it out every so often.

 
I never like the b******* idea, but it causes some excitement amongst students. I guess it's okay, but I voted no just for personal reasons lol. It's the Big Red Sea...lol.

that's what i've said... or like a black poncho or something to put on... that'd be the ONLY way.

it wasn't student organized, it was athletic dept. organized.

I like the idea, I hate the term power towel. We are not going to copy KSU now are we?
