So i wont be able to get the game tonight. I have two ABC channels on direct tv: ABC west and ABC east. Both will be showing Penn State vs Illinois! guess ill have to go to a friends who has the local channel

You should be able to get ESPN gameplan for one day from direct TV. It won't be in HD though.

Better check with them first and make SURE they will show it. Some trimes with the regional coverage they will skip it on gameplan altogether.

I have directtv, a couple years ago they came and put up a second dish specifically local chanels, before that we just had the east and west coast feeds, now it's lincoln and hastings for abc locals. Won't help you for today but you might want to check into it.

Regional abc covered in Eastern Iowa is Ill and Penn St.

I don't think Direct TV has Gameplan, but I could be wrong.

I just ordered the game on ESPN Gameday......$21.95. I am going to hate to see my Directv bill this month! Oh well..........GO BIG RED!!

well learn something new everyday, didn't think that gp was a dtv thing. But I was wrong. ANYWAY, it's great more fans can watch the game!
