Clemson Purple Uniforms

I actually like their all purples. I played with Clemson on NCAA football, so I could sport their alternate unis. :dunno guess I'm in the minority on this one!

I didn't like it when we sported the all red back in the day......Too much of one color whether it is red or purple is too much of one color!!!!!

Well just thought I'd do some Clemson bashing here on their ugly a$$ K-State-esque purple uniforms. It looks like Barney the purple dinosaur is on the field. They are almost as bad as those all purples that KSUcks wore against us this year.

That should come with a pimp hat, platform shoes, and a cane....

Getting back to the thred the purples are ugly but I think Clemson should wear all purple and NU wear all red. :horns2

Well, it is rare that we wear all purple like that. I'm sure the poster had a hard time finding video on YouTube with all-purple uniforms. The point that should be taken is: #28 CJ Spiller and #1 James Davis were a freshman and sophomore, respectively in that video. Now they are Junior and Senior and you WILL see them on January 1st. Hopefully, they show up to play.

as long as they don't show up in those purple unis. If I had to look at those things in high def Im' pretty sure I would throw up

I hate the purple. I know it was part of the unis long ago, but we got away from it until Hatfield brought it back against N.C. State in 91 I think. Purple should be reserved for Kool-Aid, singing dinosaurs and eggplants. I like all orange. I also, like Penthouse Tiger, prefer the bigger paw on the helmet.
