Whoever the broad was ESPN sent to Omaha to cover the volleyball game tonight was clearly pulling for Penn State, so maybe there is something to all of this. Seriously, as a commentator the term 'we' shouldn't be used.

Maybe this is just me, but it seems whenever announcers aren't favorable to the team you are going for, people see them to be "against us" or "for the other team"... to be completely honest, it's not like announcing the games is an easy thing to do... so much prep work done in a short span of time... if anyone honestly thinks they can do it better step up n try. I didn't get to listen to what was said bc i was working, just got to watch it, so it very easily could of been slanted on her part.. but as for Kiraly, he's a helluva volleyball announcer and haven't heard anything negative about him at all.. as for Mowins, i can't say the same thing, but i know this isn't her first rodeo either... so i can't really say, no she wasn't against NU, but from the post game stuff on ESPN.com it doesn't seem like she's anti-NU. just my 2 cents.

The ESPN bias that is supposed to be out there is lame. If your going to insult some one and you capitalize something, make sure you spell it right.

I hope most people were able to to detect the e-sarcasm......I know ESPN doesn't 'hate' us, however they are biased toward certain teams as we all know. But once the big red is back in the top 10 where they should belong, then ESPN won't be able to hate and will have no choice but to talk about us.

Agreed. I think it makes us look like a bunch of whiny sissies when we complain about something as stupid as ESPN or a certain announcer hating us. Who gives a rats a$$. Why don't we just win to put them in their place!

We sound like a bunch of babies. We have not done squat for the last 8 years and honestly this year is really no different. We beat absolutely no team of value, got embarassed twice.

Win the games, then you run your mouth, when you are a third tier team deal with the lack of respect. Then earn it on the field, not whine He hates me.

No offense to Clemson, but they lost five games in a mediocre ACC. We're 8-4. I don't really care what we've done or haven't in the last 8 years. They are supposed to be picking off this year's team since that's who is playing and I see no reason we'd be an underdog to Clemson. Maybe that's just me.
