Clemson's Superior Team Speed

Well Tiger fans, here is one Husker fan that agrees with you. And I really hate saying that. But two Big 12 games down and they have been pretty much what I expected.

We tend to get wrapped up in our hype. We tend to see things in a different light. Some still see us in different decades.

I think it will be a great game, but we have dead slow line backers, a very questionable secondary against speed.

I said since the first day we would see what real athletic speed is in this game.

I am not convinced that Bo is better than Dabo by any means. I think both fit their team needs. I know they both are physical coaches who demand it be left on the field.

I am just afraid you guys have more to leave on the field.

I just hope both play without injuries, pray the Huskers win, but will understand if they do not get it done.

I'm excited, don't know what to expect really with all of Clemson's coaching changes, etc. I'm praying for a win, expecting a close one, and can't wait for Jan 1

I'm just enjoying letting this game 'marinate' for the duration. Enjoying the build up, no hurry for it to get here because soon enough it will be all over for the year.

 
I don't know who the faster team is, but it probably is Clemson. I don't think Nebraska is that much slower at all positions, maybe l/b and w/r's. You want some real speed in the back field, let Mendoza carry the rock, a few times. I guarantee Clemson hasn't seen that type of speed mixed with his type of quick, this year.

Should be a good game, good to be back on a Jan 1st game again.

Exactly. Our team has matured and is getting better. Our offense has the ability to put the points up even against some team speed because we will come out and put a hat on you. Dillard healthy will improve our defense quite a bit too. Will it be enough ?? see the above post.

Mendoza's quick, but he's no Spiller/Davis.
