when is the last time our D won a game

San Jose State? Wake Forest (both times)? Several games in 2005?

I don't know - I have the feeling there have been plenty of other games where the D had to bail us out. Heck, Ball State even would probably have gone the other way had it not been for a crucial Bo Ruud interception.

I know we like to pump up our 'O' and hate on Coz, but seriously, our O has struggled quite often in the past few years, in spite of the big yards it puts up in other games.

yea your right cosgrove had his shut out's ( Troy) but what happened last year is just inexplainable the same kids that gave up 40-50 points a game whent out there and stopped a dang good Clemson team.

 
We also got a little lucky today, because the kid at QB for Clemson threw two hellacious TD passes, and then at other times looked utterly lost...

But as far as our D bailing out the O, I can't remember last time that happened either...

 
THis game reminded me a lot of the Cotton Bowl in 2006....our D did everything it could...but the O wasnt up to par...and plus that fake field goal....but the way this game was played was A LOT like that game....a lot....cept we won this one :restore
