They are not brothers.

Josh Browns long was 58yds, and Kris Browns was 57yards.

They were some of the most accurate kickers in Husker history.

I just don't remember them kicking too many 50+ ydrs.

Henery had one game where he kicked 4 40+ ydrs and a couple of others, i think, where he also kicked 4.

But the Browns were the best, no doubt about it, I thought they couldnt top Kris, then they bring in Josh and he's better it seemed.

Kris was more consistent in college, even though Josh has had a little more prolific NFL career. Also, whoever above stated that they had hit 58 and 57-yeard field goals, respectively, would have both happened in the NFL. Kris Brown hit a 51-yarder and a 50-yarder while in school. While I don't know his long, Josh Brown did not make a 50-yard field goal at Nebraska.

As far as Henery is concerned, he has the potential to be the best in school history, but I don't think you can crown him with that title yet. Maybe, "most clutch kick in school history."

 
I voted for Kris, I thought he should have won the Groza his senior year but they gave it to someone else, Gramatica I think, instead.

Yea, because Henery's was the longest in school Hx...

 
I guess I failed to mention that their longs weren't while they were in school. I was going by both their college and Pro careers in my decision.

 
Where is Dale Endorf? You have to have respect for a guy who can come in and be the Huskers' high scorer in a Nebraska-Colorado game after a Josh Brown suspension.

Ooooooh! Well, that's different mr. trouble. So they didn't kick a bunch of 50+ ydrs in college. I didn't think they did.

I don't think you can go wrong with Kris or Josh. I voted Kris because of his stats. By the end of Henery's time at NU we may be rethinking our picks... Let's hope so.
