"As expected, Spring (Texas) Westfield quarterback Jacoby Walker has decided to attend Arkansas instead of Kansas or Utah.
Walker, 6-2, 210, 4.59, visited Arkansas this past weekend. Walker was offered last week by the Razorbacks and now they become the third school he has given a commitment. He committed to Kansas on June 6, but started having second thoughts once the Jayhawks made a coaching change."
