Random question regarding Husker t-shirt

Last year or in 2007, I saw several people at one home game wearing a shirt inspired by the Takashi Murakami work on Kanye's Stronger cover single:

Only instead of the bear, it was Herbie wearing the glasses. Does anyone know who created this shirt or if it's available to buy anywhere?

 
I wish I could help, but it sounds like your looking for someone with access to a screen printer, alot of free time, and a strange affinity for auto-tuned rap vocals. I don't know anyone like that, but you might start at the UNL Arts Dept. And go from there.

If it was officially licensed (paying the fee) then the athletic department will have someone that knows the company that produced it.
