They are playing good ball. If their relievers can stay like this they will be like this for the rest of the year.

 
Hughes has been the Jesus comin' out of the bullpen. If the relievers keep this up, and can short games to 6 or 7 innings, it very well could be on like donkey kong, as the kids like to say.

Although, I do have to say, they need Cervelli back behind the dish to spell Jorge. That kid called a good game and had a pretty decent stick.

The only thing that does concern me though, is the back end of the rotation. CC aka Chocolate Cake, and AJ are pretty much money, Andy's getting old and isn't as solid as he used to be. But we need a solid 4th starter, and it's not going to be Joba, as his innings cap is coming up pretty quickly.

They need to deal for another starter to shore up the 4 spot...

 
It didn't help those pud pullin pansies went out and got V. Martinez...

I was hoping that they wouldn't pull the trigger on that...
