There is. In the field you type the text for a post, look up and locate the icon that looks like a globe with...well, it looks like two links in a chain at the bottom of it. If you click it, you are promted to enter the URL, and then you can enter whatever text you want to display in place of the URL.

Alternatively, you can do it maually. It would look like this:

[url=http://www.huskerboard.com]HuskerBoard[/url]

And would display like this:

HuskerBoard
