Since we are nineteen days away from kickoff, what is the official standard for starting the first look a like thread for the visitor for a new season on Huskerboard? Thank you very much for you support! B & J :woo :horns2 :horns2

 
My vote goes to the Monday of a Game Week for every Game. It gives us Sunday to concentrate on talking about the game and then 5 solid days of lals.

 
I would also agree with the Monday before the game...but would give everybody a pass at 14 days prior to FAU GBR :box

I would say it is bitter sweet. While i could watch football every saturday year round, all good things must come to an end and if there were no end it wouldnt be as special. The off-season is a necessary evil.

While there is no hard-and-fast rule, experience has shown that if you begin it much earlier than the Monday of game week (or the Saturday or Sunday before a Thursday game), the thread seems to peter out.
