I checked out Arizona State's depth chart on rivals, mostly out of boredom, & found that William Sutton was starting at DT over Corey Adams. Thought that was interesting so I felt like posting about it on Huskerboard

How soon they forget. Corey Adams was a big time DT recruit (offers from USC, Ohio State, etc.) in 2009 that made a surprise visit to Nebraska which got us into his final 3 but he ended up staying close to home and going to ASU.
William Sutton was another guy who had Nebraska in his top 3 until Arizona and ASU offered. He was less heavily recruited and lower ranked, but Nebraska was his first big school offer.
Sutton starting over Adams would go against conventional wisdom as Adams has all of the measurables, but as was pointed out in the Sutton thread there are some things that cannot be easily measured that are required to be a good football player.
