Played at Pflugerville Connally led team to 2 straight 4A semis. He is mobile and accurate and has 500 yards and 7 TDs in his first start. Saw him play in HS.

potts is out with a concussion and that is the only reason this guy is starting....

Yeah besides Taylor was more of a threat running the ball and we handled that well. Our d-backs will have to play excellent against TTU and hopefully the pass rush can disrupt whoever is starting for TTU if we want to win the game.

TT is a spread offense. Sheffield passed for 491 yards and ran for 19. I chatted with a guy tonight at a bar about how TT pretty much has interchangeable QBs. One goes out and the next one in line can do the same thing the other guy did. They train them the same.
