Turner Gill needs to come home and coach the offense. T.O. needs to make that happen. Who is with me?!?>| :woo

 
This is about the 4th time this has been brought up. Gill will not be anything less than a head coach from now on. He wont come back to just be an o coordinator.

 
Ask Turner first. Don't just assume he wouldn't do it. We can certainly give him a co-head coach title, if that is what it takes. And, quite frankly, if that makes Bo mad....well, he shouldn't be here then.

 
Yeah I don't understand this fussing. Why even talk about getting rid of or asking the head coach to be demoted to dual head coach when he's exceeded expectations and is only in year 2. Our win loss record was much better last year than we expected and our defense is way ahead of where I thought it was going to be.

OMG people Turner Gill will never come back to be the OC nor would Mike Richt because both these coaches would ever lower themselves to become OC when they've been a Head Coach for 3+ years.

If there is any OC changes I could see Joey Ganz as taking over in that department or hiring another OC from another school.

 
You did have greg robinson go from HC at syracuse to DC at michigan....course his record spoke for itself. Just saying it does happen from time to time but yeah neither of these guys would be desperate enough for that.

 
Why? Because he ran a great offense as a QB in the '80's and coaches a pretty good non-BCS conference school. Wat's is the guy so go with it!

 
Not qualified as OC, but I think Scott Frost would come back to Nebraska if opportunity presented itself. He is currently the WR's coach at Oregon.

 
As stupid as the topic is lets just hold it there for a second. If we offered him a good amount of money and gave him total control of the offence. Why wouldnt he come back. He friggin loves this team. It is a demotion but its also to go to the school he obviosly wants to be at.
