Someone named Emelda Suh, a 25-year-old female has an outstanding warrant from the Lincoln Police Department for making false statements to police. I know Suh has an older sister. Don't know if there is any correlation here.

EDIT: Nevermind, just found out his older sister's name is Ngum.

last night around 2:30, suh hit this and two other cars. not positive whether or not he blew over the limit, but word is he had been drinking.
