the iowa state loss really hurts, had a huge impact on the huskers...cost them the top 25, and would be ranked close to the top 15 toady if not for the loss...would imagine that it affected the bowl games too that they will be chosen for.

What's done is done. Let's crush the Fluffs and then take down the Horns! :woo

We aren't a national title contender, so at this point, the Iowa St. loss (while still incredibly frustrating) doesn't affect much. We are North champs and have a shot to upset Texas for the Big 12 title.

Doesn't make a damn bit of difference. Nebraska controls their own future with a win over Colorado. Then hopefully Texas would be gravy.

I don't know. We beat ISU and maybe the offense is still throwing swing passes every other down....no way we beat OU like that. I'll take a sad loss to ISU at home in year 2 followed by a 4 game win streak including OU.

no one outside of nebraska, especially natonal pollsters, even remotely cares about isu winning or losing and the effect on nebraska's potential ranking. isu is completely irrelevant to the national scene, and nebraska only slightly so simply because we are a potential roadblock to a bcs contender. i'd be surprised if half of them could even tell you who NEBRASKA played this week, let alone if they won or not.
