ESPN predicts NU to bowl in either Cotton or Holiday

I didn't click on the links, but if we beat sCUm I think we end up in the Cotton bowl with a loss to Texas. If we win both then obviously we are in the Fiesta, lose both and I think we end up in the Holiday.

Cotton Bowl execs would be hard pressed to overlook the potential revenue of an NU vs LSU match up. Both are known for their loyal fanbases. It'll definitely sell out.

I don't think it's so much how we do (other than the Fiesta opportunity if we win out, obviously), but whether the Fiesta takes Okie State or Boise. If the Big 12 only gets one BCS team, probably everyone slides down a notch to make room for Okie State. We could get a bigger bowl than them, especially if they lose to OU.

Seeing how LSU lost to Ole Miss, i doubt they are going to the Cotton Bowl.

If i had to pick, i would say we either play Arkansas or Ole Miss in Cotton Bowl.

Sorry but im picking Arkansas to beat LSU in their last game.

Though if we do beat Texas and take on a team in the Fiesta Bowl. I would say we go against TCU.

At least we do not have to listen to any nonsense about Notre Dame!

And, I feel sorry for anyone who has to play Texas Tech especially with three healthy QBS!

Holiday Bowl

Nebraska vs. USC

Bank it!
Want to explain how USC comes out #2 in the pac 10?
simple, Pac 10 has it written in their rules that whenever USC is not #1 they are automatically #2. they never thought USC would be anything but #1.
That's funny.

USC beats UCLA, Oregon beats Oregon St. USC is a more obvious choice to go to San Diego due to their proximity and Stanford the Emerald due to theirs.

They may not want us back in Texas if we go down there and stink up the joint playing Texas...so the Cotton Bowl could be in doubt, unless it is a close game.

I will take whatever, play who ever...just want to go to a Bowl game. USA Today is projecting that we play Oregon State in the Holiday Bowl...Scouts says we play same bowl, but play USC.

I think that all of the projections are based on the fact that we beat CU..... If we do, look for us to go to the Holiday.... Cotton is doubtful.....we would just be there for Big 12, and OSU would be more attractive and will be just on the outside of the BCS, leaving TT and NU with NU probably going to Holiday and TT to Alamo for travel reasons.

If we lose to CU and Tex, I think that we will be at the Alamo Bowl, with OSU in cotton, TT then to Holiday and an 8-5 NU to Alamo. There was a reason the Alamo Bowl rep was at the game last night, and it wasn't to see KSU.

Speaking of KSU...it would really suck to be them, have the season they did, and the record they do, and not even be bowl eligible. Talk about a raw deal... :0
