Some of you might not know this but Justins dad works as a Deputy and happened to come to my work place to pick up an inmate. I overheard that his last name is Blatchford and kind of figured that it was his dad. I happened to ask if there was any relation to Justin and he said "Ya I'd say theres a pretty close relationship" and then he chuckles and said that he's Justins dad.
I told him that was one hell of a TD he had against Baylor and his dad told me that he doesn't really bring up his son a lot but when people make positive comments about his son he'll talk about his son. He also told me that he didn't think his son hit that K-State punter that hard which I thought was funny and I told him that the way he landed on his ankle is what really caused the injury. Justin's Dad sounded like a down to earth type of guy to talk to.
