She starts out the interview making him feel very uncomfortable about the 1 second left on the clock thing.

1st question -" What happened on the last play of the game?"

2nd question - "So as you were sitting there, 0 seconds on the clock and Huskers rushing the field, you knew that 1 second would be added?"

3rd question - "you hada unique first hand look at Suh, in fact the 4.5 sacks has him as a Heisman candidate, many are voting for him, Mark May said he was the best defensive player he has ever seen in the past 25 years, whats your impression of him?"

HAHA, I almost rolled off my couch watching this. What a great opportunity to make McCoy look like a jacka$$. Kind of lame for ESPN to throw him under the bus, but it was hilarious.

Fantastic questions. My question is how did he respond?

I'll go back and type out his answers. I don't have a link because it was just on live. My capture card doesn't work on HDTVs which is what I have it recorded on. Heres his answers...

1st question -" What happened on the last play of the game?"

Answer - "As a QB you have an internal clock in the back of you mind and you think that nothing bad will ever happen, so I knew there was time left on the clock. We run that play in practice and put ourselves in that situation and we allways feel that if we have 12 seconds left we should be fine... blah blah blah"

2nd question - "So as you were sitting there, 0 seconds on the clock and Huskers rushing the field, you knew that 1 second would be added?"

Answer - "I was pretty confident there was time left, in my mind when I saw 11 seconds and the play is gone I thought there would be closer to 2 seconds left. They were rushing the field and the clock said 0 but I was sure there was time left."

3rd question - "you had a unique first hand look at Suh, in fact the 4.5 sacks has him as a Heisman candidate, many are voting for him, Mark May said he was the best defensive player he has ever seen in the past 25 years, whats your impression of him?"

Answer - He played tremendous against us, and hes definitely a great player. Hats off to him and their defense, it was really hard to get anything going offensively. I thought he was a great football player, one of the greatest I have played against.

Answer #1: bullsh#t

Answer #2: bullsh#t

Answer #3: Good answer only cuz you're scared of seeing Suh this Saturday

He was definitely squirming, the just had him on College football live and their second question was about Suh again.. I love it. Suh gets just as much pub for a McCoy interview.

BTW.. McCoy said he thought the clock stops after the balls passes the 1st down marker.... what a moron

That whole "I knew there was one second left" stuff from McCoy and Mack Brown is BS. I don't fault them for saying it - it's what you have to say in their situation - but it's not true. Neither of them saw the ball hit the ground and instantly glanced at the game clock to see it still say one second. That's not impossible, it's just extreeeeeeemly unlikely.

Surely he just misspoke......
Or misremembers.........lol

Guys come on, as many times as Suh rung his bell I am surprised he can even speak.

I would be laying in a tub full of yogurt singing the Sesame Street song to myself writing "SUH" over and over again on my arm with a pink marker.
