Does cheering for Creighton make you less of a Husker Fan?

Does supporting Creighton Basketball make a Nebraska fan less of a fan?

So as someone who supports both schools. I am wondering what others think on the matter.

who do you root for when they play each other?

there is your answer and where your allegiance should lie. I kind of cheer for the Jays, like I cheered for Iowa State in their bowl game. But in all honestly, I'd love to watch Doc smash Dana's face in a fistfight.

Huskers in football; Creighton in bball. The times they play each other, I just hope for a good game with Huskers getting the win bc it helps NE more than Creighton. Or atleast that is how I feel.

I see it acceptable to cheer for both teams mainly because they are in different conferances and Creighton doesn't have a football team. Ok by me.

I cheer for Creighton in Bball because i'm alumni. I will usually cheer for them in baseball as well. Fortunately no football team so no reason not to root for the Huskers, though I would anyways considering been a Husker football fan for years and years.

I have a couple friends thats are UT and FL fan. They often talk about being able to support their team in all sports year round. I know Husker fans that are die hard in football. When it comes to football they support CU, Kansas, UNC, and others in Basketball. When it comes to baseball you name it. I love that Bo is turning it around football but the reason UT gets what they want from the conference is because they are top 3 in almost every sport.

Unacceptable! Unless your kid (and your favorite child at that) plays for CU (and he better be on scholarship, or why the hell isn't he/she playing for DONU?), or, it is a sport that NU doesn't participate in.
