1996 Fiesta Bowl Spread?

I am having a discussion with someone on another board and the 1996 Fiesta Bowl (Nebraska vs. Florida) came up and we have a disgreement regarding the point spread of that game. I seem to remember that Nebraska was a 1-2 pt. favorite and he thinks Florida was a touchdown favorite. Does anyone know the answer and (if possible) can link me to a page to verify it?

According to Wikipedia Florida was a slight favorite over Nebraska in that game.

Experts and oddsmakers had made Florida a slight favorite going into the game, as it was thought that Nebraska's option attack would not succeed very well on Sun Devil Stadium's grass field, and that Wuerffel's passing arm would be too deadly for Nebraska to stop.

This article says Florida was favored by 1.5 points.

One problem you're going to have is that "Vegas" doesn't issue odds. Various sportsbooks in Vegas issue various odds for the games. Some favored Nebraska, some Florida, and several flip-flopped in the weeks before the game to encourage betting.

The odds on a game don't necessarily mean who "Vegas" thinks will win, they are simply there to encourage more betting.

It never get old looking at those highlights from that article. I was sitting in a sportsbar with a bunch of my wife's coworkers/golden domers. Only a few NU fans in the crowd. At one point I spilled a 23 ounce beer on one of her coworkers. I little too excited at the same time.
