What happens to our schedule?

Ok, let's say we do jump ship and move to the Big 10 (or what ever it will be called after all of this is sorted out). How quickly do we start playing in the Big 10, how does this effect our schedule over the next few years? For what it's worth, I hope we do, since I live in Mi. it would be GREAT to see the Huskers over here on a regular basis.

Not sure about this yet, but my guess is the future OOC games with Tennessee, UCLA and Miami will remain unchanged.

i believe that we our bound to the big 12 schedule until 2015...it we jump ship it would be a collective agreement between us and the big 12 and big 10 on when the schedule changes would occur

I've heard 2011-2012 at the earliest, 2013-2014 at the latest, 2012-2013 most likely.

Thanks, that does make sense. It gives us few years to realy stick it to TexA$$ on the field and shove their noses in the dirt/carpet before we go.
