Location of New Championship Game

Assuming there will be a Big 10 Championship game beginning in 2011, how do you want it to be set? Rotating locations? Or one permanent one, like the SEC does? Dome?

I think rotating is the way to go, but it shouldn't be excessive. I also would prefer for the game to be played indoors, but I would understand why some people might disagree.

Top Dome Locations

1. Lucas Oil Stadium (Indianapolis, IN)

2. Ford Field (Detroit, MI)

3. Metrodome (Minneapolis, MN)

Top Non-Dome Locations

1. Soldier Field (Chicago, IL)

2. Lambeau Field (Green Bay, WI)

3. Paul Brown Stadium (Cincinnati, OH)

Any others within the region that could be possibilities?

After putting some thought to it, it would be a crying shame for a Big 10 CCG to be played in a dome.

agreed, no dome.

i have a question i asked in another thread on this topic. what do people think about rotating the title game between the big10 school cities so that everyone would get it once every 12 years?

i don't see what's wrong with just having it in arlington every year.

Given the time of the year as cool as it would be to see the Huskers play a game at Soldier Field I'm going with a dome all the way. Think Big 12 championship game in KC a few years back. You thought that was cold?

The Ice Bowl was played at Lambeau field for heaven sakes. Dome.

I don't think Green Bay has the infrastructure for a CCG so I think it's out. The Metrodome is a total buzzkill of a facility and would be terrible, so I think Minneapolis is out too.

for now, but i could see in the future it becoming a viable option, and i would love that, living in southeastern south dakota.
