Best individual matchup of the week

syracuse legitimate? Idaho would take them to the woodshed.
Then why did we have to pay Idaho and Wash not pay Cuse? Stumper?? If you are right Saturday it won't even be close to a contest and we will put their lights out In the first quarter. Why not wait and let the team prove it?

not much of a stumper at all to a common college football fan. you dont pay out for home and homes. washington ventured to syracuse in 2007. idaho was a one way ticket.
If you don't understand the difference in a paid beat down and a home and home series; I can't help you.
i am not sure at what you are getting at. is it that NU is so much better than idaho, we have to pay them for the hurt we inflicted on them, while UW/'CUSE are on the same level, and since it is fair, there is no need for monetary gain to entice 'Cuse to come to seattle?

ummm... I, for one, do not want to wait. I want to talk about how good the Huskers' secondary is right now. I'm sorry you've had to eat crow, I hope you had some chicken gravy (heard it helps the meat slide down easier). However, what you have had to eat in the past does not concern me.

Nebraska's secondary is superior to Washington's pass game.

I don't eat crow.

Kearse vs. Amukamara should be an interesting matchup. Not too worried though because Amukamara had to go against Niles Paul in the preseason and no WR is as good as Paul in the preseason.

I’ll bet we see a lot of Kearse v. Dennard too. Sark will try to pick on Dennard. And find out how great he is. Dennard may end up being even better than Prince, eventually. The guy is a freak-of-nature athlete.

If Paul plays as physically as he claims to, with how crazy strong he is, I think Amukamara can handle Kearse just fine.
