The postives from tonights game

One positive. There now HAS to be changes on the staff. It's more than obvious. Boosters stepped in 07 twice, there's no way this goes untouched again. If it does, i'm done with this program until something is changed.

Maybe people will finally look at the Martinez decisions lately with a bit of a critical eye.

or maybe people will see watson cant develop talent well nor is he a great playcalling. playcation on 3rd and 11? consistently running on first and second down when he knew Washington was putting 8 guys in the box? Or how about the offenses mental mistakes AGAIN? As colorado fans have stated, watson's offenses are full of mental mistakes (and yes i think colorado fans would know if it was some of watsons fautl considering those colorado fans payed attention to those colorado teams.) Watson cant seem to develop talent on the offensive side of the ball.

The only positive is that there should be offensive staff changes. Washington sucks a$$. They are f'ing awful. There are no words to describe how bad they are. We obliterated them the first game and we lost this game because we were disappointed and our offensive coordinator is a high-functioning retard. The negatives: we will lose more recruits, our once-promising class will dwindle to something that is once again mediocre, and we will have a horrible off-season before the a$$-pounding we will inevitably take next year in conference play. Watson should have been let go last year and Holgerson hired. Bo better sack up and get rid of the last remnant of the Callahan era. Watson can go eat a d!(k.

Really though: Henery didn't miss two field goals, and therefore leaves as the most accurate kicker in Division I NCAA and NFL history.

Your consistent delirious defense of this pathetic excuse for a coordinator is laughable at best. I believe you would have drank the kool-aid to ride on the meteor. I don't understand any defense for this performance tonight or over the last two seasons. The pro-Watson crowd has about as much credibility as the pro-Callahan crowd did after oSu in 2007.

The excuses are tired, the commentary used up, and the happenstance happens all too often.

I am making no excuses for the coordinator.

I can recognize a bad situation though. And having to run with Taylor out there: that's a bad situation.

Its a wake up call for the Nebraska football program that they need to make offensive staff changes. Hopefully this embarrassing loss turns into a positive with changes.
