Auburn didn't play to the whistle either, everybody stopped, the running back included. it was a freak play.

Heck of a game. Came down to fundamentals. The first thing you learn as a defensive player in pee-wee ball, play to the whistle. Oregon failed to do so, and it cost them. Big time.

How did they quit? And considering what people were saying about their defense before the game, they impressed me by their performance. They shut Newton down for the most part
