Friday at Fan Day

I am going to Fan Day today, but the move to Friday might have some affect. OK, maybe it's wishful thinking on my part so that I can get a few more sigs than in any other year. :)

 
i know it. i wanted to go because of the lower attendance that is sure to happen but for some strange reason that has never happened before, i have to work today! i love the fanday to friday thing, just wish it had worked out better for muah!

I think you were looking for the French word for "me" which is "moi"

Otherwise, I believe "muah" is the sound of a kiss.... :o

 
Sigh... Here I am just 50 yards from the stadium. In Manter Hall, hard at work. No fan day for me :(

 
@FauxPelini: Fan Day would be awesome if not for the inconvenience and the hot weather and the fans.

I took about 100 pictures. I'll post the better ones in a while.

@Axl - you can't try and get autographs. It's a complete waste of time. You'll get through two lines if you're lucky. It's fun to just get in the stadium and soak up the atmosphere. Even if it is so thick you can cut it.

Notable events at Fan Day - Got pictures of pretty much everyone I wanted to get pics of. Sweated so badly in the humidity that I am RANK. After walking around the stadium and running up the steps and working up a really nice stink, I met Bubba's sisters, Jaime and Jill, and they insisted I take a picture with them. Since Jill is 15 years old and I don't have permission from her parents, I won't be posting that pic, so don't ask.

I also met Sam McKewon, shook his hand and told him I'm a big fan. Swell guy. That was a treat.

 
Forgot to mention that I chatted a bit with Camstache and BK during breaks in their lines. Camstache apologized for his lack of glorious stache, but stated that he's working on it. What he has now needs lots of work.

BK had his son on his lap, and he is a darned cute little man. You'll see in the pic.

Uploading pics now, but it'll be a bit. Bear with me.

 
Here is a pic of BK and his son looking at a picture my daughter drew for him. BK is awesome to talk with, even if it is just 20 seconds.

yeah it was my first fan day and i took my little sis to get her favorite players autographs she wanted Rex, Kinne, and david. We only made it through the running backs and wide recievers lines.
