First two games PPV?

Didn't know if this info was somewhere else on the board, but do we know if the first two games will be on PPV? Because it doesn't look like B10 network carrying them.

I thought we were supposed to be getting rid of ppv with the move to the B1G???? Thought that was a big reason for the move with enhanced tv contract and BTN???

I'm pretty sure we are done with PPV. I thought I read somewhere that one of the games is on VS. I think the Fresno game. Not sure about the opening game.

We better be done with it! I just upgraded my satellite plan yesterday so I'd have the Big 10 and some other channels to watch the games on. I'll be pissed if I have to go the PPV route again.

I just googled the tv schedules for Nebraska and it's telling me the first two games are on BTN. The Washington game is ABC and Wyoming is on VS.

Its on BTN all of the cable companys carry it now on their basic packages now so no more ppv

THey're waiting on the final cable company holdouts in Nebraska. It's going to be on the BTN nationwide, it just won't be on the BTN for the cable companies who hold out.

BigTen Network goes on TWC BASIC TIER in Lincoln on August 23rd, I assume other Nebraska cable companies also. All home BTN games WILL be on TV.

We are offically done with PPV.

Correct. IIRC, there was an article a while back that even had a 2:30pm start time for the Nebraska/Chattanooga tilt. I'll see if I can try and find it.

But the Big 10 Network will carry both titles--the Big Ten doesn't even have a PPV arm--that's why they created the Big 10 Network in the first place.
