Mom is from rural Pennsylvannia. I can't quite decide whether to laugh or cheer at seeing the same coach her family always cheered for wandering around the sideline.

hmm. Might was well rank in order of likeability which means least annoying.

1. Joe Pa animated.

2. Huskers for ending ThugU's reign.

3. The MAC school in W Lafayette for our needed rest after Michigan.

4. Wildcats for having having cool unis in 1996.

5. Wisc for bringin the fat white guy offense back to prominence.

6 LOLSparty. No school has caused me more pain in the last decade but their innovative ways of losing bring enough laughs to cancel it out.

7. Minnseota's invisibility opens up valuable recruiting territory for the Irish to get players like Michael Floyd

8. Iowa for fielding the best 7-6 team you'll ever see.

9. Ill. just for taking up space.

10. IU for taking up space with occassional basketaball.

TIED FOR LAST.

scUM for cheating on the field, OSUeast for off of it.

lol.... ND Joe, love the post.... another reason to like PSU, The "old" head guy has proudly carried "your" name!

PSU is my 3rd favorite mostly because of JoePa. (I mean come on, the dude is to stubborn to quit and probably to stubborn to die too.)

 
I'd have to say I enjoy watching PSU the most. Their white out's are pretty cool IMO. I would never want to go there, however, after hearing some stories about their fanbase.

I think JoePa is fearful of ending up like Bear Bryant...announce retirement, die in less than a month. Love JoePa...always entertaining!

It's really outside of the stadium you have to worry about, not inside.

Wisconsin is the one you have to worry about inside.

 
Purdue and Northwestern. Both pretty good schools. Both have long tradition of losing seasons, but able to pull off a big upset every once in a while.

 
We have to change our way of thinking about the Big Ten - we have to really dislike them on game day and love them all when they are playing anyone other than us and especially when they are playing anyone outside our conference. With the BCS program we need all of them to do well so we do well!

It's unfortunate that we are the only team in the top 10!

 
Preseason top 10. Really means nothing at the moment other than a nice starting position. By the time Big10 season starts, I bet there will be more.
