Ah. Good insight, brophog. Quick question on that play with Rex. Who is that on? Is that a poor play design, a mistaken playcall, or a bad adjustment call at the line by Taylor?

I don't know. Could have been a confusion at a lot of levels.

Watching it again, I wonder if Rex thought it was a running play. The backside O-line makes me wonder that, too.

I remember thinking that Rex looked like it was a running play. He looked like he was looking for a handoff, or at least a fake handoff. I don't know about the offensive line, but Martinez and Marlowe were on the same page, looking for the WR screen pass.
