now this i like!! was really hoping for an 11 am game!!! very happy!!!! no sarcasm.

This is a big game. I would of thought that this would be a 2:30 game and the Neb vs Minnesota would of been an 11 am game. Go figure.

You may think it's bad to start at 11:00 there in Lincoln... but it makes the start time 9:00 am here in Cali ....that's 9:00...freaking...A...M.

The 11 am start blows, but it is a more national time slot. The thing that really makes it blow, other than the tailgating, is that it makes it a major pain in the a$$ for recruits coming in for the game and the time that coaches have to spend with them before the game.
At least the blue hairs will be fully awake and in their prime, as the 2:30 kicks cut into their naps and supper times.

I'm actually happy with this. It means I can watch the game at home. I work weekends, and if the game is on ABC we'll have a pre-game or post-game show, so this is win/win for me.
