How early you need to get there I don't know. I know there is a drop-off. I don't know if that is an option. Good Luck.
I'm almost certain that there is transportation available to and from accessible lots.

I didn't realize there was a charge, but in the scheme of things, it's not too bad. I think that they give you a ride to your gate. I'd contact parking services or maybe the 504 compliance people at the university as soon as possible so you don't run into any surprises. I'd guess that the 504 people would direct you to the former (since they've been involved in helping the athletic department and parking services become and remain accessible).
