Rex laughing, saying he's a little sore...primarily his legs due to taking a lot of hits and getting a few cramps.

Rex saying that he respects the staff's decision to give him some rest this week. He knows that every rep is important, so that makes it tough to do.

Rex is raining down compliments on the freshmen backs, saying that they're very mature, keep each other accountable.

Rex is talking about the difference in 30+ carries in high school and college, saying that it's, obviously, tougher in college because the players are better.

Rex thinks that all 3 freshmen are going to be big time players at Nebraska in the future.

Rex enjoyed having 30+ carries. He felt like the staff put a lot of faith and confidence in him and he loves to see that.

Like BK, Rex thinks that we need to approach our schedule game by game.

Rex doesn't know how many times he will carry the ball against Northwestern. Depends on the flow of the game, the game plan and what is working.

Asked about injuries to Ciante, Yoshi and Martinez's hand? Bo just said some guys got dinged but there was nothing "long term."

Man Yoshi was a warrior. We all laughed when he destroyed the roll of tape the trainer was holding as he was being helped off the field. I'm not really sure why they kept him in the game late where he had trouble even getting to the line though.
