Bo saying that last year's offense and this year's offense are night and day. Saying we relied too heavily on the big play last year and that we are much more consistent this year. Gives much of the praise to Beck, saying he has called a lot of good games. Bo mentioned that we haven't been penalized nearly as much as last year and that has helped us a lot.

 
Bo thinks that one of the reasons we have played so well in the second half is because of our tempo. He thinks it wears down teams. Bo mentioned that we have had several long, sustained drives and gives credit to Dobson's strength and conditioning.

 
We have to be ready to play our best football Saturday because we are going to be challenged. Bo has a lot of respect for Northwestern, how well they play, and the Pride they play with. Goes on to give props to Pat Fitzgerald.

 
Bo says that Rex would like to have the ball 40 times a game and that he thinks that they have done a great job, rotating the freshmen in.

 
Brandon talking about the 3rd quarter drive, catching two balls, saying that they worked on those stop routes in practice. Like Bo, Brandon says that Taylor has improved as a game manager.

 
He thinks that the team has come a long way since the Wisconsin game, says that the team has come much closer together. They know they're goals, they know where they are as a team and they're still striving to be more consistent as a team.

It was obvious. I'm going to rewatch the game and count how many times #5 got "injured." The guy sitting next to me said #5 got hurt again and was going to walk off the field, but the Michigan State coaches told him to get down, get down.

I don't grudge them if they fake injuries. It's within the rules. The point of the hurry-up is to wear out the defender, and that's legal. If I can legally prevent that as an opponent coach, I'm going to do it.

As a Husker Fan I don't like it, but what are you gonna do?
