How to embed video

Hey folks - wondering how you embed video (example - youtube videos) on this board. I've tried posting the embed code. That didn't work. So I changed the editing mode to html and posted the code - that didn't work. Can someone help me out?

Post it between the media tags, like so:

[media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8k2JYCSP6PI&feature=related[/media]

So you see this:

I tried to just copy and paste it from Youtube , and all I got was the address line in this box ? Do you have to go into the characters above or just copy and paste in this box ?
