Kenny Bell

Incandenza

Four-Star Recruit
Kenny Bell returning kicks instead of Marlowe was encouraging. Other than Martinez playing awesome, that was the one positive I took from the game. It was a sign of athletes being put in a position to succeed by their coaches. Yeah Bell had his drops and that sucks, but at least it's not "What happened to __(insert athlete here)__?" "He must be in Bo's doghouse."

Yeah it was nice to see him out there, I'd have to say Steinkuhler had a pretty decent game as well. He was pushing around their line for most of the game.

Still would much rather see Turner back with Abdullah.

The thing I liked about Marlowe back returning kicks though, was that he wasn't afraid to step up and block the first threat down the field. But I guess that is the sacrifice of having another shake and bake speedster back there.

I could've sworn Abdullah was back for at least one kick... maybe they were worried about him having difficulty fielding them. Seems like he has had a little trouble in that department.

First half definitely not he was getting owned, second half he seem to wake up and give more effort.

You know, i think they are mixing up the return game this season. It seems throughout this entire season so far we have seen, Bell, Abdullah, Marlowe, Kinnie, Turner and Burkhead back to return kickoffs and punts.

Agreed. Would like to see Steinkuhler back there returning kicks more often.

If Turner doesn't see time as a reciever, wouldn't it make sense to put him back to return kicks?

It seems ridiculously stupid to leave all that explosive talent on the sideline.

They need to find a way of getting that kid on the field.
