I know how Husker fans love a good fashion discussion. Ran across these concept designs by Charles Sollars Concepts on BTN.com. How would everyone like this?

Oh my god, that corn helmet and the idea behind it is awful.

Don't get me wrong, I would LOVE some change-up uniforms that look cool and pro combat-y and such. It's just that corn thing was thoroughly awful.

In addition, I would respect the designer a lot more if it wasn't apparent that he literally tried every conceivable option in the uniform maker and threw it up here :P

The one on the left is sweet.

The corn helmet is kind of like Maryland's unis - the idea seems like it should be a good one but the execution of the idea is terrible.

Maryland's uniforms/helmets are lightyears better then any of these.... The corn helmet is just awful, and we can never do the "pro combat" think because somehow the corn would get in there.... That would be an embarassment to NU..... The nickname "CornHuskers" is great, but the corn on the head should stay in the stands....

 
I love the corn helmet. That's the only one I like.

They need to make a version that looks like overalls.
