Looks like Jay needs to take some time in learning the correct way to use Twitter. He apparently sent a text to 6 recruits with this message "

This is Coach Jay Norvell from Oklahoma. Cell (405) XXX-XXXX Would like to offer you a Full Scholarship to Oklahoma. Call me!". It was considered the "quiet period" and now Oklahoma Reps are "looking into this matter".

Not really.....If in fact there was a hacker how did he know Jay's personal cell phone number? I call BS...Stoops and Co are grasping for anything they can use as a scapegoat.

Let's crank call him! Honestly, I doubt he would give his personal number over twitter for the world to see. Unless you actually call the number and Jay Norvell answers, we have noway of knowing if it is his cell phone number.
