NU Equipment just tweeted a pic of the new Receiver gloves:

I'd think a guy would have less dexterity wearing oven mitts.

This fellow would beg to differ. And he's a professional sports executive. (+1 to you) :lol:

It is just how they are made. It will probably take a practice or two for them to form to players hands.

And they're clearly on the hands of an Equipment guy, not a player. So maybe they don't fit him that well, hence the goalie look.

They seem to be bulky, but if you look closely at the back of the hand you can tell they aren't. If you look at the shadows you can see his knuckles and the definition of the bone after the knuckles, so they would have to be nearly skin tight even with equipment guy hands.

Yay me for over analyzing football gloves!
