What I took away from this game

is it possible that the D wasn't as bad as looked? We only allowed 260 yards and only 13 points. Maybe the numbers don't tell the entire story but maybe they weren't as bad as they seemed.

It was hard to gameplan for them since their offense was a complete unknown. I was happy to see good adjustment in the second half. Still - seeing some bad tackling leads me to believe we have work to do.

While I think the defense has alot to work on right now, I'm also reserving judgement as they had zero tape to prepare for this team. That doesn't excuse the poor tackling, but it does excuse them from being able to adjust to 3 different QB's they had no tape on with a new team lead by a new head coach.
