Are you saying OSU's schedule is soft?

I personally think Iowa, Penn State & yes, even Nebraska are likely better than Houston & Tulane.

I also think (at least Iowa & Penn State) Arkansas isn't as good  as those two and both Texa$$ & OSU play Michigan.

Wisconsin is not better then Iowa or Penn State as evident by the polls thereby Bama play in your scenario is playing a lesser schedule.

OSU notables should read Oregon, Michigan, Iowa, Penn State (4 total) & if Wisconsin is included as a notable for Bama then Nebraska should be included a notable for OSU.

Lastly and imo fairly, I believe Penn State would be favored over Missouri regardless of location and Iowa if game was at kinnick would be favored. I also believe the same in discussing OU. As for Ole Miss as a notable, I think at best they'd be projected the 4th best team in the B1G behind OSU, Oregon and Penn State and may easily be considered behind Michigan.
