No, the play doesn't count so it is not a pass attempt.

I noticed Dylan’s completion percentage was the lowest so far. But, I think there were 6 PIs called which would affect that.

Yeah but so did Raiola so that would be 1 to 1 with Card. They only way you can say Card threw more TD’s on Saturday is to include the pick 6.
