Here is the answer, unless the penalty is declined(long completion with the PI) and then the stats countI could be wrong, but I’m almost positive a penalty is a “no play” and it doesn’t count for/against player stats.

Question on stats. If a QB throws a pass and it’s broken up, but the defender is called for pass interference, that’s still considered an incomplete pass, correct?
I noticed Dylan’s completion percentage was the lowest so far. But, I think there were 6 PIs called which would affect that.
Yeah but so did Raiola so that would be 1 to 1 with Card. They only way you can say Card threw more TD’s on Saturday is to include the pick 6.I think he ignored the pick 6. He did throw a TD (to a teammate) right at the end of the game.
