What Did We Learn - Ohio State Edition

D played much better

Satt needs to be fired

Dylan needs to get coached up. Missed too many throws today

Dylan needs to heal up.  Appears to still have ankle issues

I said this for 5 years under Frost and now under Rhule, "No more screen passes"

Unsure if we make a bowl

We actually have a legit 5* QB.  Get an OC that can exploit those talents.

When a yard is needed and you have been ripping chunk runs behind Evand and Guttula on the left side, it only is common sense that you run it to the right behind the two guys who normally grade out the worse game after game

That's Satt trying to go where they think I wouldn't go game plan.....I mean why continue to run to the left where Dowdell starting ripping double digits touches....I guess he wanted to stay around the 4-6 yard range.

Our OC sucks.  We suck at screens.

We can't win one score games unless we have a two score lead we are giving up.

Dylan is currently playing at an Adrian Martinez level.  His accuracy on deep balls like most Husker QBs is not there.

Defense played an overall good game, but once again gives up a TD after Nebraska scores like clockwork.

That said, I think we played at a high enough level, especially if we can keep hitting on FGs, to beat UCLA.  If we don't beat them, I don't think we go bowling because we will have zero momentum.

Learned that I am obviously missing something as apparently NU may win only one more.  Because obviously Iowa and Wisky have OSU level offensive skill guys and USC has that Buckeye level of a defense.

NU had a 3.5% win probability pregame and made the #4 team's collective sphincter pucker.  Yeah moral victories suck but saying "Raiola sucks" is next level douche.
He's a true freshman.  Missed some throws.  Coaches need to help him with play calling and coaching.  He is getting very little of either.  @PaulCrewe had mentioned his ankle is still hurt.  That's evident on some of his throws.  I loved him running. Opens up another dimension to the play calling.  He's never going to run the option or RPO's but some designed stuff like Howard today would be great.  Just want him to stay healthy and come back next year.

I learned we can still win every remaining game, and we can also lose every remaining game.  We just don't know what effort we'll get.

I also learned some on here continue to up the bar with worse takes than I thought possible.

I'm interested to see if anything comes from Dylan's shoulder injury.
