1 more possible recruit yet to sign???

Toward the end of the teleconference interview with Bo he ended it by saying that they are currently waiting for one more signature but have to wait on a parent to sign off on it or something like that. All of the verbal recruits that were suppose to sign did plus an addition of Peat so this really confused me.

Did anybody else hear this and if so I wonder who that could be?

It's gotta be him. I think he's supposed to send it in via fax, but as far as I know, he hasn't.
