never had minded playing early games, i personally would rather have a 11 am kickoff than a 6 or 7 pm one. hell i would even say 10 am is better than night time. but of course i am an old fart who remembers when all the games kicked off in the early afternoon.

I like the game times for these two games. We are going to very hostile environments for both games & it is a plus for the Huskers to get the games early.

hate this with a passion. commercials are for beer runs (even at 6 irie) and piss breaks. these are also one of the times when it's acceptable for the waitress to come to my table and with another beer. the other time it's acceptable is if my beer is empty - why she allowed it to go empty in the first place is not acceptable however.

If I'm not mistaken we're 1-0 in 11AM games so far this year. That's as good or better than any other time slot you can name. It's not real conducive to heavy drinking but if that is your main focus, you may (I did say may) have a slight problem. 11AM is definitely no fun for a home game but at PSU, I don't think it can hurt.

Good god, this sucks balls!!!!!!!! This is one thing I was afraid of when we joined the B1G. Big games should not be played at 11 a.m.

This a big game for us (as are all Husker games), but nationally it really isn't that big of a game.

If you DVR it, you could buy all the beer you'd need at your convienance and then have a 3 hour, uninterrupted Husker game/beer drinking session.
