18 point underdogs?

Just checked the Vegas odds. Currently were 18 point underdogs. Seems a bit excessive. I'm thinking a fairly high scoring game with the final within 7 points. Like 31-28. Nebraska of course. :restore

No way. WAY too high. This game should be a 1-2 posession game...and I thnk 7-10 points. 18, no way.
 
sorry folks, with the physcial mismatchs in our secondary, the spread is about right.........i am still hoping for better, but we could easily get undressed in L.A.

It could happen.......BUT IT WON'T.....You know what else could happen? Us walking into USC and beating their tails......GO HUSKERS!!!

I saw on a USC message board that they don't think the spread is high enough. They kept talking about the spread in the Arkansas game and how no body gave them much credit on the road. They think that since its at home it should be in the 20s or more. They also couldn't understand how Nebraska was going to get 25,000+ in to their stadium. One guy even listed the whole lay out of the stadium to come to the conclusion that the vistors section will most likely be USC fans because USC's win streak at home. :WTH Some of their fans are going to be in for a huge awakening when the big red rolls in to town. I image that the fans talking sh#t are just bandwagon fans that just jumped on a few years ago.

 
You can always tell who is a true fan and who isn't. I would absolutely love to see 25,000 husker fans rolling into SC's house!!!!! :woo

 
Hope for a close game. I pays my money I want entertainment. Course if we're ahead by 21 in the fourth I won't complain. :thumbs

Welcome to the culture of the biggest front running town in America. USC is THE team to bandwagon right now <_<

 
I think 25,000+ will be at the game. I wonder how many will be in the city. There were around 40,000 Buckeye fans at the UT game, and only around 5k got in, so I wonder how many more Husker fans will actually be in LA.

To be honest, everyone has all the right in the world to predict USC beating ANYBODY in the nation by 18 at least. Look at what they've done to teams in the past...

Good point, but it was in the past. This team is not the same as the last few seasons. I think it's a little high. Right now I would say 9.5 for them.

Most husker fans are predicting NU to win and most Outside people are predicting USC to win big. We will see who is right, I'm going with USC pretty easy.
