2 new blackshirts annointed

TWO RECEIVE BLACKSHIRTS: After Monday's Alamo Bowl victory over Michigan State, Nebraska interim head coach Bo Pelini presented Blackshirts to two seniors -- punter Kyle Larson and defensive lineman Patrick Kabongo. "Actually, it's a goal I had right as I came in to Nebraska," Larson said. "Seeing (Dan) Hadenfeldt get his his senior year, that was a goal of mine. I didn't think it was coming, and then Coach Pelini announced it in front of the whole team after the game. It's been an awesome night. It's been great."

 
Larson was easily one of the the top three weapons we had on the team this year. I can maybe recall two bad punts all year. Salute!!

I agree. Thanks Kyle for all your hard work, and representing NU the right way. Im sure you'll do the same for years to come in the NFL. Good luck.
